How much is shipping?

It's FREE on all Singapore orders.

When will my order arrive?

With Free Standard Shipping, your order should arrive within 3 to 5 business days.

If you need your order within 1 business day, you can choose Express Shipping for $19.95 during checkout.

Orders placed before 10 AM Singapore time will ship on the same day. Please note that we don't ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or public holidays because our delivery partners do not operate on those days.

Why do I need to provide my contact number?

Our delivery partner sends you SMS updates on your shipment status.

Do you offer shipping outside Singapore?

Will I get a tracking number?

You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

Easy 30-Day Returns

How does your 30-day return policy work?

If you're not 100% happy with your Rockets, you can contact us at help@rocketeyewear.com to exchange or return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt as long as your order item(s) is in original condition.

For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us.

If you want to try on Rockets to see how they fit before ordering online, you can visit any of these locations.

What is your return policy for prescription orders?

Our 30-day return policy still applies to prescription orders, but we will refund only the cost of the frames because the lenses are made to order according to your exact prescription.

How long does it take for my exchange or refund to be processed?

We try to process exchanges and refunds within 24 hours of receiving the returned item.
